The Human Resource Department is committed to providing an efficient, professional, confidential and high quality service to all our customers. However, we do realise that there is always room for improvement and we would like you to be part of this process.
If possible the complaint should be directed at the staff member most directly concerned with the issue.
Use this form to make a complaint involving a member of staff or a service they provide. Please refer to any available evidence if appropriate and attach any relevant documentation in this respect.
