Staff in Student Services work closely with all other areas of the Institute, including the Students' Union, to ensure that the welfare of students is paramount. Student Services at DkIT are listed here, including Administration and Health Unit.

The DkIT Alumni Association was established to enable alumni to keep in touch with the Institute and with each other. The Association offers a range of professional and social networking opportunities, as well as benefits and services to keep Alumni informed and involved.

There are 4 main eating establishments on campus. These are the Main Restaurant, the Coffee Dock, The Well and the Nurses' Station. There is also a Campus Bar.

DkIT will hold this year’s prestigious award ceremonies in the Faulkner Building (MPC) on Saturday, 7th November 2009. Over 1100 will graduate at Master’s & Bachelor degree levels as well as at Higher Certificate and Craft levels in a series of four award ceremonies.

Rules and Regulations at DkIT

Your personal safety and the security of your accommodation are of paramount importance. Please read this important information from the Garda Síochána before coming on campus.

Purpose-built student apartments, with spaces for approx 550 students are a short walk from the main campus. There is also a large supply of newly built apartments and houses, suitable for renting, beside the campus.

DkIT Student Union was founded in 1989. Every year a president and vice president are elected to run the Student Union. See this section for contact details and useful information.
